Which douche system suits you?
Compact bulbs are easy to control and prepare, while larger bottles hold more water. Shower systems require especially careful pressure regulation.
Nozzle and capacity
Compare insertion length, nozzle diameter and tip shape. A larger reservoir is not automatically better; manageable portions provide more control.
Use lukewarm water gently
Use clean lukewarm water unless the product instructions state otherwise. Avoid excessive pressure, repeated flushing and very hot or cold water.
Clean and dry every part
Disassemble the system as intended, rinse bulb, hose and nozzle thoroughly and let all components dry completely before storage.
